I have never been to any of these cities on this list except for St. Louis. I have stopped and stayed overnight outside of St. Louis but never stayed overnight in the city limits. I never ran into any problems while staying or driving through St. Louis luckily. But, one thing about St. Louis is that the Gateway Arch is really cool to see and St. Louis has some fabolous barbeque ribs.
